Who processes your data
The data controller is Miloš Húsenica, artist and DJ, Kollárova 14, 031 01 Liptovský Mikuláš, Slovakia. Questions and requests concerning personal data can be sent to kontakt@hudbanasvadbu.sk or made by calling 0905 535 886.
When you contact me
The website does not have a contact form. When you enquire by email or phone, I process the information you provide: your name, contact details, wedding date and venue, service preferences and the content of our correspondence. I use it to reply, check availability and prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. If you book a service, processing is also necessary to perform the contract.
Providing information is voluntary. Without contact details I cannot reply, and without the necessary event details I cannot prepare a specific quote. Enquiries are not used to send advertising newsletters.
How long I retain your data
If you do not book a service, I retain correspondence for no more than 12 months after our last contact and then delete it. If specific correspondence is needed to resolve a dispute or legal claim, I retain it for as long as necessary for that purpose. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in protecting legal rights under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
If you book a service, I retain data for the duration of the contract. Accounting and tax records are retained for the statutory periods, generally 10 years for accounting records, depending on the document type. The legal basis is compliance with a legal obligation under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Photos and video
I use photos and video featuring identifiable people to showcase my wedding DJ services on the basis of consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. The displayed materials are available to website visitors. Consent is not a condition of booking a service.
You may withdraw consent at any time by email or phone using the contact details above. Please identify the photo or video concerned so that I can identify you. After consent is withdrawn, I will remove the material or edit it so that you are no longer identifiable. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. I use the materials while consent remains valid and they remain relevant to showcasing the service; I remove them when this purpose ends.
Hosting, email and technical data
The respective hosting and email service providers may process data when providing their services. Where required by law, data may also be disclosed to authorised public authorities.
When you visit the website, the hosting provider may record technical data such as your IP address, request time and browser details to maintain operation and prevent misuse. If I process this data as controller, the legal basis is the legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The retention period for technical logs depends on the hosting settings.
The website’s own code does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Photos and video load directly from the hosting service. Instagram and Facebook are external links; after opening them, the policies of the respective service apply. This website does not carry out automated decision-making or profiling about you.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing. Where data is processed by automated means on the basis of consent or a contract, you may have a right to data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may withdraw consent at any time.
Send your request to the email address above. I will respond without undue delay, generally within one month. For complex requests, the period may be extended in accordance with the GDPR.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic if you believe that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR.
